Daniel Richman

Daniel Richman joined SRS in 2015 and is Managing Director in the company’s Northeast Region. His focus is landlord and tenant representation, recruiting and business development, and acquiring retail properties. After beginning his career at the Hunter Realty Organization, where he specialized in office leasing, Daniel went to work at SRS in 2004, learning the intricacies of the retail leasing business. In 2006 he was retained to work at Philips International, a multi-national, privately held real estate investment and development company where he was the Vice President of Acquisitions and Leasing. After eight years at Philips International, Daniel decided to come back to SRS where he brings leasing and acquisition experience.
