Daniel Rachman

As Chief Abundance Officer at Nessel Development, Daniel focuses on the finances, debt, and accounting. Prior to joining Nessel, Daniel spent 7 years at Wells Fargo in their Dallas and San Francisco Commercial Real Estate lending groups, originating debt for developers. Daniel earned an undergraduate degree in Finance from UT Austin, and an MBA from Haas at UC Berkeley. Daniel strives to be an ethical vegan, but can be caught eating cheese behind closed doors. He’s also a proponent of stoicism and effective altruism.
