Daniel Piskadlo

Dan is a member of UGL Services’ Portfolio Management team, specializing in creating and managing the transaction process for a variety of national and Fortune 500 companies. Since joining the company in 2003, Dan has actively taken part in client relocations, renewals, build-to-suits, dispositions and lease buyouts for contracts ranging from anywhere between six months to ten years. His diverse client base has afforded him the unique opportunity to make deals across a wide range of property types such as office, flex, warehouse, retail and medical. Dan has filled a critical role in executing deals and managing client relationships, while also introducing new business.
