Daniel Patrizio

Vice President of Leasing: Dan joined Paraclete Realty in 2018 following a 20-year career as a local restaurateur. His experience within the hospitality industry provides him a unique perspective on the requirements of both retail and restaurant tenants. Dan lends his expertise in site selection to regional clients including San Alejo, Taqueria Habanero, Ornery Beer Co., Fight Club Killer Sandwiches and Finesse Salon Suites and national brands like Wawa and Paris Baguette. Dan is experienced in shopping center leasing and landlord representation. Educated at the University of Florida and Georgetown University, Dan holds a degree in Business Administration. He is also a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
