Daniel McQuaid

Danny McQuaid is a Director of Walker & Dunlop Investment Sales based in Dallas, Texas. He is responsible for leading the origination and execution of multifamily investment sales, with a focus on the Dallas-Fort Worth and South-Central U.S. regions. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. McQuaid served as an Associate Vice President and led the Dallas-Fort Worth Multifamily Investment Sales team for Matthews Real Estate Investment Services. During his tenure, he was involved in closing over 75 transactions and was recognized as a D CEO Power Broker in 2021 by D Magazine. Mr. McQuaid earned a Bachelor of Arts in markets and culture and a certificate in entrepreneurship from Southern Methodist University, where he was a member of the SMU men’s soccer team. He is an Associate Board Member for the Folsom Institute for Real Estate at SMU’s Cox School of Business.
