Dan Mathews has over 30 years of commercial real estate industry experience with a background in construction, development, property management, corporate real estate, investment, leasing and sales. He has completed over 5,000,000 sq ft of acquisition, leasing, and sales transactions since joining the company in 1998. Dan has served in several leadership positions through the years including chairman of the company’s technology committee as well as a member of the strategic planning committee. Professional associations include, AWB (the Association of Washington Business – board member), Seattle Southside Chamber of Commerce (past chair, board of directors), City of Burien Economic Development Partnership (past vice-chair), NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties), the CCIM Institute (Certified Commercial Investment member) and the National Association of Realtors. Having earned scouting’s highest rank of Eagle Scout as a young man, Dan continues to give back to the community by actively volunteering with Scouts BSA as a district vice-chair as well as serving other local non-profit organizations including the PNRA – Pacific Northwest Railroad Archive as a vice president of the board and a former board member of the Lake Washington Schools Foundation.
