Daniel Madrigal

Daniel is a Director of Development at Scannell Properties, responsible for site selection, due diligence, budgeting, underwriting, local and state entitlements and land acquisition. Daniel also leads a team of consultants to design and construct speculative and built-to-suit projects and oversees the leasing of these facilities. He is also responsible for business development associated with prospective and ongoing projects. In his first eight years with Scannell, Daniel has been responsible for developing more than 16 million square feet of industrial space across the United States. Daniel has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota, and attended the University of Minnesota Law School in Minneapolis. Daniel also has a master’s degree in Real Estate from the University of St. Thomas – Opus College of Business in Minneapolis.
