Dan combines deep national market knowledge with Collier’s industry-leading database of institutional and local buyers. Dan began his career in real estate in the real estate Investment Banking Group at Barclays Bank Plc in San Francisco, CA and New York, NY. Thereafter, Dan worked in development and acquisitions at Public Storage. Dan’s brokerage experience has included transactions with industry leading owners and public REITs. Dan has a valuable understanding of the priorities and perspectives of a principal. He has the insight and expertise to help determine the best course of action for Clients to achieve maximize asset value for single assets or portfolio dispositions. Daniel Lynch is a graduate of Rice University with a B.A. in Economics and completed graduate coursework in Real Estate Law and Finance at University of California, Berkeley.
