Daniel Linnell

Dan Linnell is an Executive Vice President for Colliers Minneapolis-St. Paul. Together with his partners, he co-leads Colliers' Upper Midwest Multifamily team, focusing on the acquisition, disposition, financing, and negotiation of multi-housing transactions. Prior to joining Colliers, Dan was a Managing Director for JLL's Capital Markets Group in Minneapolis. Dan’s experience spans the Twin Cities, greater MN as well assurrounding border states. This experience consists largely of dispositions, like-kind exchanges, portfolio sales, valuation,and underwriting. Together with Mox, Adam, and Devon, the team has collectively sold or capitalized over $3.5 billion of multi-housing assets throughout the Midwest.
