Daniel LaPierre
Daniel is an associate on the Private Equity Advisory Group N.A. The team is based out of Chicago in the downtown office location. They represent Private Equity portfolio companies with their real estate transactions. The companies they represent primarily are based in consumer goods, food/beverage, and manufacturing. Daniel came from a background in Logistics as an operations consultant with Coyote Logistics a subsidiary of UPS. This is where he began his knowledge about the industrial real estate space. He worked with large institutional clients on helpign to optimize current and future freight networks. This was accomplished through different financial modeling tools to understand where clients were struggling and pin point areas of additional support. Daniel graduated Miami University in 2020 with degrees in Economics and Political Science.
