Daniel Hunker manages and coordinates all aspects of the research process with a small team of junior analysts. He partners with key stakeholders for client presentations, pitches, and data analysis for multifamily, industrial, and office assets. Daniel develops static and interactive visualizations utilizing the firm’s proprietary datasets and is responsible for writing and preparing quarterly deliverables for internal brokerage teams and key client stakeholders. He shares market insights and recommendations with senior leadership to advise and influence future business decisions. Daniel also provides consultation with top clients to help them make informed real estate decisions across the Greater Los Angeles market. Working collaboratively across multiple departments—including marketing, capital markets, tenant and landlord brokerage, and more—Daniel provides meaningful analytics to support key business decisions and internal initiatives. He refreshes internal data sets each month to stay in step with market fluctuations and ensure leadership and stakeholders are advised appropriately.
