Daniel Hoogesteger

Daniel Hoogesteger is a founding member and Managing Director at Sands Investment Group. He began his career in 2002 at Faris Lee Investments and has held key positions at prominent firms such as Marcus & Millichap and CB Richard Ellis. Throughout his career, Daniel has represented some of the leading institutional, private capital, family office, and development companies in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate assets. Daniel is a co-leader of Sands Investment Goup’s Institutional Team, and has been responsible for over $2 billion in commercial real estate transactions, spanning shopping centers, net lease properties, medical offices, and industrial assets. Before his brokerage career, Daniel worked at an investment bank in Los Angeles and served in a directing role at a global non-profit, combating poverty in developing nations. He graduated cum laude from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota, with a double major in Finance and Entrepreneurship.
