Mr. Daniel J. Greco serves as Executive Vice President at Clark Gaines Properties. Prior to joining Clark Gaines Properties, Mr. Greco served as Vice President of Brokerage Services at Caldwell Companies where he specialized in acquisition and disposition of commercial land assets for investors, developers, and commercial users. Throughout his career in real estate, Daniel has devoted his time to client needs. His unwavering focus, tenacity, and keen eye for detail have been tremendous assets throughout his professional career. In 2021, Daniel was recognized as a “Heavy Hitter” by the Houston Business Journal where he was ranked in the top 25 in the Land Brokerage category for Houston area brokers. Daniel is a graduate of the 2017-2018 class of Leadership North Houston program. He earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and the distinguished Society of Industrial and Office Realtors designation (SIOR) – from more than 125,000 Commercial Real Estate professionals throughout the country, only three percent hold both CCIM and SIOR designations. Daniel currently serves as Vice President of a MUD board in Brazoria County and serves on the skeet shooting committee for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes – West Houston. Prior to his career in Commercial Real Estate, Daniel graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas with a bachelor’s degree, in Agriculture Economics with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate. Daniel is a proud member of the Association of Former Students at Texas A&M University. When he’s away from work, Daniel enjoys golf, hunting, fishing, and Texas A&M football. He and his wife, Haley, are happily married and blessed with their beautiful daughter, Kinsley and their dog, Sam.
