Daniel Glazer

Daniel Glazer joined RIPCO Real Estate in 2005 as a licensed salesperson, becoming Vice President in 2019. He specializes in both landlord and tenant representation in Long Island, the outer boroughs of New York City, Westchester County, and Southern Connecticut. As a retail tenant representative some of Daniel’s exclusive clients include Ace Hardware, Altice, Dollar Tree, New Balance, Texas Roadhouse, Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews, Salon’s by J.C., C2 Education, Smokey Bones, Orangetheory Fitness, Xponential Brands (AKT, Club Pilates, Cycle Bar, Pure Barre, Row House, Rumble, Stretch Lab, Stride & Yoga Six), Autozone, La-Z-Boy, Tropical Smoothie Café, Chop’t Creative Salad Co., Cinemark, Ocean Prime and Visionworks. Among his tenant representation work, he was instrumental in European Wax Center’s initial expansion into Long Island with over 20 deals. With landlord representation, Daniel has been exclusively retained by Kimco Realty, RPAI, RXR Realty, Acadia Realty Trust, Urban Edge, BLDG Management, Federal Realty Investment Trust, Cedar Realty Trust, Solil Management, Bridge 33, amongst others. Notable sales transactions include his representation of Trinity Place Holdings in the sale of the former Syms building at 695 Merrick Avenue in Westbury, New York to Beechwood Homes. Daniel is a New York State Licensed Salesperson and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
