ABOUT
As Vice President of Acquisitions, Daniel P. Gibson is responsible for identifying multifamily investments in markets that meet Michelson’s investment criteria, primarily focused on dislocations of value. He is directly involved in all aspects of the transaction including financial analyses, due diligence, contract negotiation, debt arrangement and on-going asset management. Subsequent to acquisition, Dan timely coordinates disposition activities. Prior to joining the acquisitions team, Dan spent time in Michelson’s Management Training Program, excelling to a multi-site management role in nearly a year’s time. Dan graduated in 2012 from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, with a Bachelor of Science in accountancy.
