Daniel Frid specializes in traditional project leasing, high profile pad sites, and excels in working with tenants to implement local, regional and national expansion plans. Daniel’s project listing clients include Vaquero Ventures, KITE, Capital RE, and Prudent Development. Additionally, he focuses on SHOP's development division assisting with the acquisition process, redevelopment and leasing efforts totaling over one million square feet of GLA. His current exclusive tenant clients include PNC, Taco Cabana, Jack in the Box, Scooter’s Coffee, European Wax Center, Polestar, My Pets Wellness, Curry Up Now, MICI and RevFit. Prior to joining SHOP Companies, he spent a decade as a high achieving NFL Agent working with team executives, professional athletes, the Players Association and brand executives.
