Daniel C. Eng | CCIM | CPM Commercial Real Estate Investor | Global Team Builder | Legacy Creator Daniel C. Eng is a second-generation commercial real estate entrepreneur, syndicator, and visionary leader with more than 25 years of experience in the industry. His journey began in 1998, the same summer he graduated from Plano East High School, when he completed all his real estate courses before heading overseas to study at Franklin University Switzerland. There, he earned a degree in International Banking & Finance, which equipped him with a global mindset and a strong financial foundation that would later shape his career. Upon returning to Dallas, Daniel started his career managing and leasing retail shopping centers. Quickly evolving from property manager to investor, he began syndicating deals under TK Eng & Associates Investment Group, raising capital to acquire and manage commercial assets across the DFW metroplex. Today, Daniel continues to build and hold equity in a diverse portfolio of commercial properties alongside his family’s real estate companies. In response to the 2008 financial crisis, Daniel doubled down on his education and earned the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and CPM (Certified Property Manager) designations in 2009. He has served on the boards of both CCIM North Texas and IREM Dallas, and remains a respected voice in the Texas commercial real estate community. Daniel has always believed in collaboration and shared success. That belief inspired him and his business partner Calvin Wong—whom he met during CCIM courses—to launch and scale ENGVEST Commercial Real Estate, a firm dedicated to brokerage, investments, and advisory services. Together, they led the firm through franchise growth and, in 2020, made a pivotal move to align with eXp Commercial, joining forces with a powerful, cloud-based real estate platform to expand globally. Today, Daniel is the founder of We Partners Network, a global real estate organization powered by collaboration, mentorship, and growth. The network spans hundreds of real estate professionals across residential and commercial sectors, all aligned under a mission to create wealth, build community, and leave a legacy. Through We Partners, Daniel is cultivating a new generation of leaders, equipping agents with tools, training, and a supportive network to thrive—whether they’re closing their first deal or scaling to 7 figures. As the 2016 Past President of AREAA DFW (Asian Real Estate Association of America), Daniel has remained an active advocate and philanthropist for the AAPI community and beyond. He believes in giving back through mentorship, leadership, and creating platforms where others can succeed. Most importantly, Daniel is a proud husband and father of four—one of whom watches over his family from Heaven. His greatest hope is to inspire his children to serve others, live with purpose, and build a legacy that lasts generations.
