Daniel Elam

Daniel Elam, Managing Principal, has a diverse background in working with multifamily properties. Prior to joining Muskin | Elam, Daniel worked with Campus Advantage, a student housing company based in Austin, Texas and The Medve Group, an Investment firm specializing in multifamily assets headquartered in Dallas, Texas. During Daniel’s tenure, his responsibilities included acquisitions, asset management, business development, financial analyses and general management. Daniel’s professional and community involvement include the Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA), Anti-Defamation League (ADL), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Austin Young Chamber of Commerce, JCAA Leadership Development Program and Hill Country Conservancy. (Texas Real Estate License #616676) Daniel graduated from Colorado State University with a double major in Finance and Real Estate (2006). He and his wife, Kara, enjoy spending time outdoors with their son (Luca) and dogs (Snoop and Pip).
