Dan is President and Managing Principal of Lee & Associates Gainesville where he leads a team of highly skilled Real Estate Advisors that specialize in commercial transactions (sales & leasing) including office, land, retail, & industrial. With well over 150 years of combined local knowledge and service, they strive to continuously raise the bar for their clientele. Prior to joining Lee, Dan served as Executive Vice President of the Colliers Gainesville office. His team has successfully transacted over $1 billion in local (Alachua County) commercial real estate. Dan is a proud three time University of Florida alum holding graduate degrees in both Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) and Master of Building Construction (MBC). He also holds prestigious industry designations including Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). Outside of the office Dan has served in several industry, civic, and non-profit organizations such as: The Urban Land Institute, Ronald McDonald House of North Central Florida, United Way, Gainesville and Alachua Chamber of Commerce and Leadership Gainesville to name a few. Dan was awarded 40 Gators under 40 in 2024 for his contributions to the field of commercial real estate.
