Mr. Deutsch is responsible for identifying and underwriting the company’s investment opportunities, asset management, overseeing outside council and investor relations in the United States. Mr. Deutsch has directed the acquisition of over $1 billion dollars in commercial and residential projects. Mr. Deutsch previously worked as a Senior Director at Murray Hill Properties handling acquisitions and dispositions for his team. Mr. Deutsch is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the Rent Stabilization Association of New York.
