
Dan Deuter is Vice Chair at Colliers in the firm’s Chicago office, where he brings over 25 years of commercial real estate experience and deep expertise in office capital markets. Throughout his career, Mr. Deuter has been directly involved in more than $15 billion in commercial real estate transactions nationwide. Prior to joining Colliers, Mr. Deuter served as Executive Managing Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group. He also held roles at CBRE and spent 12 years with Transwestern Investment Company / Pearlmark Real Estate Partners. Mr. Deuter began his career at Arthur Andersen, specializing in real estate valuation and consulting for income-producing properties. He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance with a concentration in Real Estate from the University of Illinois’ College of Business in 1997.
