Daniel Dagit

Mr. Dagit serves as the leader for one of the most respected office brokerage teams in the Philadelphia Suburbs. With over 38 years of experience in office brokerage and advisory in the Suburban Philadelphia Market, Dan focuses on representing institutional landlords in the leasing of office properties. Dan’s broad base of knowledge and experience in landlord and seller advisory has earned him the trust of many leading property owners. For the last twenty years, Dan has been responsible for the leasing of the Chesterbrook and GlenhardieCorporate Centers; an eighteen-building portfolio containing 1.5 million square feet in Wayne, PA. In 2019, Dan worked with Robert Fahey on the sale of the portfolio. Mr. Dagit recently served on the CBRE National Office Advisory Council which consists of nineteen members from North America. The Council provides leadership to the CBRE Office Services Platform.
