Daniel Corwin

Daniel Corwin is Senior Vice President, Head of Real Estate for Kin Properties Inc. In this role, he oversees all operations—including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, property management, and construction—for Kin’s nationwide portfolio of over 530 retail and industrial properties and 11,000 multifamily units. He also serves as a member of the company’s executive and investment committees. Daniel brings more than 20 years of real estate industry experience. Prior to joining Kin Properties Inc., he was Senior Vice President, Head of Asset Management at Gazit Horizons, where he led the Asset Management, Leasing, Property Management, and Re-Development teams for a $1 billion portfolio spanning Boston, New York, Philadelphia, and Florida. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President, Head of Asset Management at Strategic Property Partners, where he built and scaled the company’s asset management platform and oversaw all asset management activities—including the landmark Water Street Tampa development, a $4 billion, 9+ million square foot mixed-use project on 56 acres of waterfront in Downtown Tampa. He has also held increasingly senior positions with major real estate firms, including Federal Realty Investment Trust, Grosvenor Americas, CWCapital Asset Management, Wells Fargo Real Estate Banking Group, and Corporate Property Management.
