Daniel Cordtz

Daniel Cordtz received his BA from Michigan State University in 2013 where he studied Business and Hospitality Business. He began his career with Global Real Estate Advisors, formerly Greystone Bel, in June 2021 and is currently focused on investment sales in Indiana and Michigan. Prior to joining GREA, Daniel worked for Marriott Hotels as a Hotel Manager and Director of Sales. Daniel leverages his extensive knowledge and expertise gained in hospitality management and sales to facilitate multifamily deals, using his experience working with clients to establish and maintain relationships with buyers and sellers alike and facilitate successful transactions.
