He and his team have closed over $1 billion in multifamily property sales -- over 350 transactions and growing. Dan is dedicated to adding value to his clients, so they make the most prudent business decisions with their multifamily properties. He believes that an investor’s interests are best represented through a relationship founded on trust and strengthened by longevity. He graduated from University of North Carolina, Wilmington with a degree in finance and is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Apartment Association of Orange County (AAOC) and Apartment Association, California Southern Cities (AACSC).
