Dan Bernth’s career in commercial real estate started with Veldman Morgan Commercial Inc. in April 1995 following his service as an Officer in the United States Marine Corps. During the Veldman years, Dan was able to observe firsthand many diverse transactions and also to be a part of an array of commercial real estate opportunities. Dan also was trained in the Development Process – taking a project from idea stage, through entitlement and construction, lease up and management and maintenance. In addition, Dan became well versed in the intricacies of owning commercial real estate, including brokering, managing and maintaining that real estate. After founding Doberstein Lemburg Commercial, Inc. in 2002, Dan focused his attention on brokerage – both Tenant and Landlord representation, development and redevelopment, with an emphasis on assembling ownership groups comprised of Tenants and Investors in a Tenancy in Common Agreement format. In addition, Dan currently coordinates all the brokerage, management and maintenance duties inherent in managing a $20 million dollar portfolio, with over 50 Tenancy in Common Ownership entities and a multitude of Tenants.
