Daniel Badenhausen

In January 2022, Daniel Badenhausen joined Lee & Associates as a Partner, Leasing Tenant Representation. He previously was the Senior Director, Brokerage Services, at Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. of NJ, Inc; a global real estate services firm. In his role as Senior Director, Mr. Badenhausen uses his expertise and industry knowledge to provide his clients with a competitive advantage in commercial real estate services. Having represented both buyers and sellers in transactions that have included industrial facilities, land sites, development projects as well as office requirements, Mr. Badenhausen has a rare perspective and understanding of the complexities of a variety of transactions. Prior to joining the Company in 2010, Mr. Badenhausen was at The Sitar Company, a commercial Real Estate firm in NJ. Prior to that, Mr. Badenhausen spent 18 years in Investment Banking at Ryan Beck, CIBC Capital Markets, and The Jefferies Company. Some of Mr. Badenhausen recent transactions include a 138,000 SF warehouse lease for Samsung of America; a 230,000 SF lease for Glendale Warehousing; a 216,000 SF warehouse lease for PDR LLC; a 61,000 SF lease for NY Arts and Shipping; the sale of a 26,200 SF mixed-use building to Robinson Technologies; an 83,000 SF lease for Metro Trucking in Linden, NJ; a 200,000 SF lease for Samsung America in City of Commerce, CA; a 13,500 SF lease for Caudalie USA in Secaucus, NJ and a 175,600 SF renewal for Walong Tawa of California, in Jersey City, NJ.
