Dane Lozier is a senior associate on the Multifamily Investment Sales team based in Northmarq’s Charlotte office. He specializes in the private capital multifamily space, with $300 million in transactional volume closed since 2023. Dane focuses on identifying disposition, acquisition, and associated investment strategies to mitigate downside risk and maximize proceeds for clients. Prior to Northmarq, Dane spent two years with Capstone Companies, helping support their Carolina’s multifamily investment sales platform out of their Charlotte headquarters. Before Capstone, Dane worked for Thirty Capital Financial’s Charlotte office, arranging north of $200 million in interest rate derivatives and CMBS defeasance execution, as well as with CBRE’s Life Science Advisory team in their San Diego office, supporting approximately $50 million in corporate dispositions and strategic lease advisory. Dane graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and minor in Entrepreneurship through the Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
