Dan Wallace is a Real Estate Development Professional with over 35 years of experience. He has worked with national clients in many aspects of the industry including retail, restaurants, food stores/gasoline, seniors housing, child-care, and banking. Dan’s attention to detail and “get it done” attitude serve as guiding principles in his daily professional life. Dan has numerous affiliations with Regional and National Companies, Trade Associations, and Political Parties which continually widen his “Sphere of Influence” to open and/or foster business relationships. He maintains these close working relationships by always being fair and sensible, earning him a great reputation with co-workers and business associates alike. Dan is a proud graduate of Penn State University and a Football Letterman, who is actively involved in numerous Alumni and fund-raising activities. He is also active as a youth sports Coach, Umpire/official, Elections official, and Chamber of Commerce member. He is married to his wife, Charlene, has 2 grown sons and 2 grandchildren.
