Dan is an apartment building specialist with 20 years of experience facilitating major multi-family (apartment building) investment transactions. For 12 of those years Dan was licensed with the downtown Vancouver office of Colliers International where his clients included: Mainstreet Equity Corp., Empire Group, Hollyburn Group, PCI Group, BC Housing and many others. Dan has investment clients from Germany as he is originally from Dusseldorf and speaks fluent German. He has a Bachelor of Arts from Queen’s University (Honours Economics), Graduate Program, Urban Planning Issues & Concepts, UBC and has completed the Canadian Securities Course.
