Dan Scanlon, JD, CCIM

Dan Scanlon, JD, CCIM, practiced real estate law and was a title insurance agent during the 1980s. He has been a licensed NH real estate broker since 2000, and received his CCIM designation in October 2004. Dan provides brokerage and consulting services to investors along the Interstate 93/Route 101 corridors in southern NH and also works with businesses with 15+ employees as a tenant/buyer representative. He is a regular columnist for the New Hampshire Business Review and has lived and worked in southern NH for over 30 years. Dan currently resides in Auburn, NH with his wife. They have four grown children. Dan’s interests include music (former professional piano player), food, hiking, running, reading, the fine arts and travel.
