In short, we help our clients monetize properties that have development/re-development potential or are functionally obsolete/environmentally impaired and seeking a higher and better use. While our team works in many markets nationally, I am hyper focused on the City of Chicago. Outside the office I am an aspiring foodie, avid golfer, skier and big fan of all things Chicago.
