Dan holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida (1999), giving him a strong background in land development, site plan review, and permitting. Outside of real estate, Dan enjoys spending time with his family. His wife, Amy, is a Speech Language Pathologist at Jefferson Middle School and Edgewood Junior & Senior High School. Their sons, Roman and Zachary, attend the University of Florida, while their daughter Ava, is a student athlete in Cross Country at the University of Central Florida. Dan and his family attend Calvary Chapel Merritt Island, and he is an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Pirates and Steelers.
