Dan McCarthy

Dan McCarthy is a Vice Chairman specializing in brokerage out of JLL’s Chicago office. He represents local companies as well as some of JLL’s complex national/global alliance clients and is responsible for handling real estate transactions. Dan’s experience spans nearly 30 years and includes large, complex lease transactions, build to suits, consolidations, lease versus own analyses, master planning, portfolio strategic planning, and managing strategic alliances. During his career, Dan has completed over 50 million square feet of transactions. Prior to JLL, Dan began his career in financial advisory services at Ernst & Young LLP.
