Dan Mahoney

Dan manages all aspects of the development process including pro-forma analysis, financing, site acquisition, entitlements, construction management, marketing and sale transactions. Prior to CJA, Dan worked for Bechtel Corporation for five years as a Project Controls Engineer and Subcontracts Manager on environmental remediation and heavy civil infrastructure projects nationwide. He also worked for one year as a plant foreman for a brick manufacturing company. Dan is currently on the Board of Directors for the Sioux City Brick Company. Education: California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, CA Bachelor of Science, Environmental Engineering Registration and Professional Affiliations: Licensed Civil Engineer (#C59877) by the California Board for Professional Engineers
