Dan Khoury has been actively involved in the commercial real estate industry for more than 20 years in various asset management, acquisitions and finance roles. In 2015 he founded REALM Capital with responsibilities associated on direct acquisitions and asset management relating to commercial real estate properties including multifamily, office and hotel assets. The firm targets opportunistic and value-add returns on properties located in the southeast and southwest of the United States. In addition, the company offers rescue and preferred equity as well as first mortgage loans.
