Dan Emerson

Dan has 22 years of experience in the multi-family construction and development industry including time spent building top-flight buildings with Lennar, Greystar, Archstone, and BRE Properties. Prometheus is thrilled to have Dan as part of the family to build the next phase of its robust pipeline. When he’s not orchestrating new creations at work, he’s running after his three young boys determined to do their own demolition work on the family home. Daniel has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State University, Hayward and although the college has since renamed to California State University, East Bay, he is assured that the degree is still valid.
