Dan Durkin is the Managing Principal in Cresa's Kansas City office. His real estate career began in 2002, in San Diego, when he exclusively represented occupiers. Dan has represented all facets of the commercial industry including occupier representation, landlord representation, development, investment sales and strategic planning. Due to the high volume of transactions and the diverse strategies implemented to fill this portfolio, Dan has acquired a unique perspective of how to successfully orchestrate a commercial real estate transaction for occupiers. Dan’s primary focus is handling transaction management for global portfolio clients. Prior to joining Cresa, Dan’s represented the largest office and industrial owner and developer in the Kansas City area.
