A member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Dan has worked in Beaconsfield since 1996 dealing with shop agency and Estate Management in towns in our core patch West of the M25, such as Beaconsfield, Marlow, Amersham, Gerrards Cross, Henley on Thames, Berkhamsted, Maidenhead, Slough, Windsor, High Wycombe and the niche towns and villages in between. In this time he has built up a strong understanding of the local marketplace and hundreds of useful contacts. In 2009, following his various successes in the retail sector, Dan set up our division, PMCD Retail which is unique in the locality as the only specialist retail agency dedicated to letting, selling and acquiring shops and restaurants. Dan is known for his logical, considered, enthusiastic and personable approach to marketing property and his dogged persistence in closing a deal. Dan is married with two young children.
