Dan Coats

Dan Coats is a senior member of JLL’s Metro DC Industrial Team. Dan’s primary focus entails connecting capital with industrial real estate opportunities, representing corporate occupiers, and assisting institutional clients with their assets and portfolios. Dan represents a broad range of industrial occupiers and investors. Occupier clients include third-party logistics (3PL) and e-commerce organizations. Investor clients include J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank, TIAA, Penzance, and Fundrise. Dan holds a Master of Business degree from University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Mary Washington.
