Dan Bauchiero

Dan Bauchiero, CCIM is a Senior Vice President of Tenant and Landlord Representation for the Foundry Nashville office. As a commercial real estate professional with over 18 years in the industry, he provides leasing, negotiation, marketing, and business development services in the Middle Tennessee sector. Prior to joining Foundry, he was with Eakin Partners, a boutique commercial real estate firm that owned and developed Class-A office space throughout the region. In his nearly two decades in the industry, he has leased and sold over 6 million square feet of office space in Tennessee valued at over $1 billion. Bauchiero earned his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. In addition, he remains active in the Nashville chapter of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, for which he served as chapter president in 2019 and is also a member of the Executive Board. In 2011, he was recognized with the NAIOP Service & Leadership Award in Nashville, and he has also been named a CoStar Power Broker as well as a Nashville Business Journal Commercial Real Estate Heavy Hitter.
