Dan Baldwin

Dan began his career September 2001 focusing in the East Valley and Pinal County. In December 2010, Dan joined Nathan & Associates, Inc., specializing in master planned communities, multi-family, commercial, industrial, agricultural, and investment transactions in the greater Phoenix area. Originally from Elkhart, Indiana Dan graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting. Dan is currently a resident of Paradise Valley with his wife, son and daughter. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Central Arizona Regional Economic Development Foundation (CAREDF), and Habitat for Humanity. Dan also is actively involved with youth sports serving as a coach for multiple sports in his local community.
