Municipal Incentives: Successfully negotiated and administered 32 local tax incentive agreements for expanding and relocating companies such as: Sigma Genosys (a Sigma Aldrich company), Genometrix Biotech, Splitrock Services (currently Windstream Telecom), CB&I (formerly Chicago Bridge & Iron), Maersk Lines, Huntsman Chemicals, FOX Sports Net (a News Corporation company), and Repsol USA Holdings (a Repsol YPF company). State: Procured Montgomery County’s first State-sponsored Texas Enterprise Fund award in 2004. Turnkey Project Management Development: * Managed the turnkey design/engineering, construction, IT, furniture and personnel relocation for 190,000 square feet of interior commercial space since 2009. * Developed 11 corporate office/flex-office buildings and research & development (R&D) facilities comprising over 750,000 square feet.
