With over 30 years of experience, Damien Madsen is a prominent local commercial real estate broker with a vast repertoire of knowledge in nearly all facets of the trade. Madsen is Senior Vice President and Managing Director for Harbert Realty’s Florida region. Madsen has completed nearly 7 million SF of transaction volume valued at $2 billion over his career. Since Madsen grew up in Central Florida, went to UCF and is now raising a family in Winter Park his collection of varied relationships has elevated his commercial real estate career.
