TRANSWESTERN ROLE Dallas Margeson is active in all aspects of land development with a focus on sales and acquisitions, as well as entry and exit strategies. His experience ranges from single-family development valuation and sales, to acre pad sites. Dallas teams with Principal Lester Day in Transwestern’s Fort Worth office. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS Dallas has represented clients in North Texas such as Hunt Properties, Herman and Kittle Properties and Unified Supply in raw land transactions. PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION Dallas was recently selected for the Leaderhip Fort Worth’s LeadingEdge class of 2018, a program that offers the city’s emerging leaders opportunities to strengthen leadership practices, create connections with community leaders and move beyond volunteerism into community and board service. He is a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson and a member of Transwestern Young Professionals organization EDUCATION Dallas received a bachelor of science degree in economics from Texas Christian University, with minors in finance and energy management. He is currently working towards earning his Private Pilot license.
