Dalida Silverman

Ms. Silverman is the Senior Portfolio Manager at MCA Realty, managing the Southern California portfolio since 2015. In her role, she handles the day-to-day operational and financial aspects of the properties. Ms. Silverman has over 28 years of property management experience and holds a California real estate salesperson license. Prior to MCA Realty, Ms. Silverman was the Senior Portfolio Manager at Martin Associates Brokerage, where she was responsible for all facets of property and asset management, for over 1 million square feet of industrial, office and retail properties. Ms. Silverman has been an active member of BOMA Inland Empire since 2000 and is the current chapter President. In addition to her work with BOMA Inland Empire, Ms. Silverman serves as a delegate on the board of BOMA California, which serves as the state’s legislative and regulatory advocate for the commercial real estate industry. Ms. Silverman lives in Riverside. In her spare time, she works with multiple local non-profit organizations and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
