Dale Johnson, a lifelong resident of Carroll County and serves as our Managing Broker at Duffey Realty. Dale has held an active Real Estate license for over 37 years and is licensed in Georgia and Alabama. During that time, Dale has gained extensive knowledge of the local markets and tremendous insight into the Real Estate Industry. His expertise benefits both clients and Duffey agents on a daily basis. Dale enjoys working with and guiding clients through all types of transactions, including residential properties including resales of existing homes and new construction homes, commercial and industrial property, farms and undeveloped land, and residential and commercial property management. Dale has been very active with the West Metro Board of Realtors and he has served as a local director for the West Metro Board of Realtors® and also served as a State Director with Georgia Association of Realtors®. Within the West Metro Board of Realtors®, Dale has earned various awards including a Member of The Top Producer Club for 28 consecutive years, received The Phoenix Award, The Crystal Phoenix Award, Realtor® of the Year in 2015, and Phoenix Life Membership into the Board’s Top Producer Club. In 2020 and 2021, Dale was awarded with the HomeSnap's Excellence In Client Service Award. Dale is married to Andrea, and he and his family serve and attend Southern Hills Christian Church in Carrollton. Dale is also a supporter of many local Charities and supports the University of West Georgia Christian Campus Fellowship, where he has served as a past Trustee and Chairman of the Board at CCF. During any spare time, Dale enjoys a variety of outdoor pursuits with family and traveling.
