Dale Gagas

Dale has always had a passion for the rural lifestyle. To this day, Dale has always lived on a property with acreage including farm land and horse properties. Dale married the Colorado lifestyle, moving to the Colorado Springs area with his Colorado native wife, Trudy, in 1998. Dale became a licensed realtor in Colorado, in 2005 and focused on selling properties in and around Fountain, Colorado. In 2007, the couple and their children moved to Penrose because of the availability of horse properties in Penrose. Dale and Trudy have always lived on a horse property and they have owned several country homes as rentals and investment properties. Dale and his family spend most of their vacations skiing, golfing, hiking, camping, riding horses, fishing, or riding motorcycles in the beautiful Rocky Mountains that surround Penrose, Florence and Canon City. One of Dale’s biggest passions is investing in real estate—residential, land and commercial. He has actively sold and invested in property throughout Southern Colorado including Canon City, Penrose, Florence, Pueblo, Fort Carson, and Fountain. Since opening the United Country office Dale has reached out to even more areas of Fremont, Custer and Pueblo counties. Besides Penrose, Canon City and Florence, Dale buys and sells real estate in Pueblo West, Cotopaxi, Rockvale, Williamsburg, Wetmore and along the Arkansas River. Dale’s experience and knowledge makes him not just a qualified realtor but an expert real estate broker.
