Cynthia Kraemer

Cynthia was born in New England and later moved as a child to Santa Barbara CA until her high school years brought her back to New England with her family. She graduated in New Hampshire and started her family there. In 1983 she moved to the desert of Arizona and spent 8 years there then she and her husband Ben moved to be closer to family In Yucca Valley, CA where they built their home. Cynthia has been a local real estate agent and broker since 1991. She started her real estate career at Better Homes and Gardens Roberts Realty and served as their Sales and Office Manager from 1992 to 1994. She received that companies highest sales award two years in a row and managed a staff of 10 agents and clerical staff. In 1994 Cynthia went to Glen Realty where she was a Broker Associate and helped grow the office to 10 agents, becoming the highest selling office in the Basin in her time there. She was the number one agent in the local MLS for 7 years. She also handled all public relations, advertising and other duties as needed. In 2005 Cynthia opened her own office, Realty Professionals of the Morongo Basin and Windermere Real Estate and owned that office until 2022 when she joined the Inspire Real Estate team as an Associate Broker. In her off time, Cynthia served as a Board member of the Boys & Girls Club for over 18 years, was the founding member of the YVHS Career Pathways Program and served on their board for over 10 years. She also served as a Soroptimist member and board member for 7 years, then later became a Rotarian and served as a member and board member for over 12 years. Cynthia served on the Yucca Valley/Desert Communities Association of Realtors for over 15 years, serving as President twice. She served on the Yucca Valley Parks & Rec Park and Cultural Commission for 3 years and chaired the Hi Desert Water District Citizens Sewer Committee for 2 years. Family is Cynthia’s greatest passion with now having 3 children, and 9 grandchildren. She loves to travel and spend time with her family throughout the country. Real Estate is still her other passion and through all the changes in over 33 years still finds it an incredibly fulfilling career.
