Mr. Stahle uses his financial and consulting background to provide his clients with analytical and actionable input that helps them to make sound real estate decisions. Whether working with tenants, owners or investors, he effectively executes real estate strategies tailored to each client’s needs. His consultative team approach to the business has created a unique solutions-oriented platform that provides his clients with a higher level of service that ultimately saves them time, effort and money. In 2016, NKF named Mr. Stahle to its national list of Rising Stars. The following year, he became a top five producer in the Hayward Office. Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Stahle worked for seven years in global wealth management at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch, as an investment advisor/portfolio manager for both institutional and high-net-worth clients. Mr. Stahle also worked outside of the industry as a management consultant with a health care technology startup. He began his real estate career as an analyst for a boutique commercial real estate firm in San Francisco.
